Hi,
My name is Scott and I’m the father of three sons. I decided to start this blog because I have a real passion for the family and want to help others. My passion for the family stems directly from my personal family background (not so good) combined with my desire (HUGE desire) to be a great dad for my sons.
I’ve basically spent my entire adult life studying the family and the many variables that affect the family. I have a M.S. in Family Studies with an emphasis on Family Therapy and a special passion for several main areas: raising boys, communication, and technology/media. My three awesome sons, wonderful wife (who is a Speech-Language Pathologist), and my having served for almost 10 years as a CTO have all fueled these specific passions over the years.
I truly hope that this site will provide some value and help to families out there.
